7 Reels Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 7 Reels ("Platform", "we", or "Company"). This document governs all access to and use of the platform, services, games, and any content provided by 7 Reels.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of the 7 Reels platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the 7 Reels platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at 7 Reels at any time. Owning or operating multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

3.2 Required Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address, an active Malaysian phone number, and your date of birth. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended pending verification.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. 7 Reels will never request your password through any communication channel. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

7 Reels supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same member's name. 7 Reels does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit suspected to be from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits depend on your VIP membership tier. In general, daily withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Regular Member: Up to RM 5,000 per day
• Silver Member: Up to RM 10,000 per day
• Gold Member: Up to RM 20,000 per day
• Platinum Member: Up to RM 30,000 per day
• Diamond Member: Up to RM 50,000 per day

5.2 Verification Process (KYC)

Withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 within any 30-day period require full identity verification (KYC). Documents that may be required include a copy of your national ID (MyKad), proof of current address, and a bank statement or eWallet screenshot to confirm the deposit method used.

5.3 Processing Times

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on system conditions and verification requirements. In exceptional cases, processing may take up to 24 working hours. 7 Reels is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or eWallet provider.

6Bonuses & Promotions

7 Reels offers a wide range of bonuses to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on each offer.

6.1 General Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means a cumulative total of RM 3,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

7 Reels employs an advanced detection system to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered to constitute bonus abuse include using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any method deemed illegitimate by 7 Reels management.

7Game Rules

All games on the 7 Reels platform — including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, lottery, and other table games — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited by an accredited auditing body.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round or hand has been completed.
• Any technical disruption occurring during active gameplay will be resolved in accordance with 7 Reels' fair play policy, including round cancellation where necessary with a full refund of the wagered amount.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in that game's information section.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

8Virtual Sports Betting

The 7 Reels sports section covers betting on Malaysia Super League football, EPL, La Liga, badminton, e-sports, tennis, NBA, and a wide range of other sports. The following additional terms apply to Sports Betting:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system, including in-play bets.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, all bets will be fully refunded unless the event is replayed within 48 hours.
• 7 Reels reserves the right to void any bet found to contain a material odds error resulting from a technical fault.
• A parlay bet will be voided in its entirety if any single match within the combination is cancelled, unless otherwise stated in the relevant parlay terms.
• The official ruling of the relevant sports governing body is final for the purposes of bet settlement.

9Prohibited User Conduct

The use of the 7 Reels platform must at all times comply with established standards of conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action being taken against your account:

• Owning or operating multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• The use of any software, bots, or automation scripts during gameplay.
• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information to 7 Reels.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any illicit financial activity.
• Threats or harassment directed at 7 Reels staff or other users of the platform.

10Privacy & Data Protection

7 Reels is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all its users. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by 7 Reels

7 Reels reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, a court order or request from a regulatory authority, or where we believe that continuing to provide services would expose 7 Reels or any other party to legal risk.

11.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 7 Reels customer support team. Prior to closure, all balances eligible for withdrawal will be returned to you following the relevant identity verification process.

11.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible betting, you may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

12Responsible Gambling

13Limitation of Liability

In all circumstances, 7 Reels' maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the incident.
